Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCSNiman Enterprises may use business messaging channels such as WhatsApp Business/API and RCS to communicate with customers and prospective customers.These channels may be used for legitimate business purposes, including responding to enquiries, providing quotations, communicating order information, sending transaction-related notifications, customer support, delivery updates, service information, and other permitted communications.Where promotional or marketing communications are sent, Niman Enterprises will seek and maintain appropriate user consent where required.Niman Enterprises does not represent that WhatsApp or RCS services are controlled by us. These services are operated by independent third-party platforms, technology providers, telecommunications operators, and related entities.Use of these channels is subject to applicable platform policies, including relevant Meta WhatsApp Business policies, Google’s applicable RCS requirements, telecommunications requirements, and applicable Indian law.Niman Enterprises will not knowingly use these channels for spam, unlawful content, deceptive communications, prohibited goods or services, impersonation, or other prohibited activities.Message delivery depends on third-party networks and platforms and cannot be guaranteed.
